KIWI PEAR PRIVACY POLICY

• Kiwi Pear may process account data, chats, files, memory/workspace data, integrations, security/usage logs and billing/support data only for configured and disclosed purposes.
• Each online Chat Data entry may include the client IP address seen by Kiwi Pear. It is used for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, analytics and incident investigation. The IP address is not added to the AI prompt and is excluded from ordinary Cloud log metadata where practical.
• Kiwi Pear uses essential cookies for sign-in, security and remembering legal/cookie choices. Optional analytics or preference cookies are used only when enabled and allowed by the visitor's cookie choice.
• Local processing is used where configured. Enabled external providers may receive only data reasonably needed for the requested function; their terms/privacy rules also apply.
• Chat storage, memory and model training are separate. User content or third-party AI Output is never automatically training-eligible.
• Minimize data, limit access, protect credentials, keep reasonable security, retain data only as needed, and honor applicable deletion/access/correction rights.
• Where Jamaica's Data Protection Act applies, Kiwi Pear's operator must satisfy applicable OIC registration, eight data-protection standards, DPO/DPIA, breach, security, rights and transfer duties. Ordinary public multi-user access that processes personal data remains paused until an OIC registration/reference is recorded. Local/admin setup remains available.
• If GDPR/UK GDPR or another mandatory privacy law legally applies, its requirements also apply. Kiwi Pear never claims universal compliance regardless of deployment facts.
• No technology guarantees absolute security. Privacy statements must match actual system behavior.
