KIWI PEAR USAGE POLICY

Use Kiwi Pear lawfully and with authority.

ALWAYS BLOCKED / RESTRICTED:
• child sexual exploitation material or sexualization of minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery or harmful deceptive sexual deepfakes;
• instructions or encouragement to suicide/self-harm, murder, serious violence or other unlawful physical harm;
• fraud, theft, extortion, trafficking, terrorism, credential theft, malicious cyber abuse or unauthorized access;
• unlawful discrimination, harassment, stalking, doxxing or privacy invasion;
• bulk reproduction of copyrighted/paywalled material, access-control bypass, or unlicensed scraping/republication;
• using another AI provider's Output for training, imitation or distillation without permission and lawful rights;
• deceptive benchmark contamination or presenting known contaminated/unsupported results as independent proof;
• consequential professional decisions without legally required qualified human review.

Kiwi Pear may block an action, require review, preserve limited evidence, suspend access, or report conduct where law requires it. Research/current/legal claims should show their sources; allegations must not be presented as proven facts without adequate evidence.
